TITAN axxent 180°
The new concealed TITAN axxent 180° hinge side provides an innovative solution for the requirements of flush-mount window installation. Suitable for elements with narrow frame widths it accommodates the architectural trend for glass fronts with fixed glazing and operable sashes with invisible technical equipment. With its maximum opening width of 180° at sash weights of up to 80 kg it enables space saving in the interior and with its special turnstile it's suitable both for versions in ALU 16 and in the most popular plastic systems. The load capacity of the new hinge side has been successfully tested according to the updated certification programme with 180° opening width.
TITAN 90° opening restrictor
The new TITAN 90° opening restrictor protects the sash and hinge side against improper use and damage: it limits the turn-opening width of the sash to 90°, thus preventing it from bumping against the reveal or against furnishings. To achieve this, the sash is attenuated before reaching the 90° position and then effortlessly moved to the end position. The locked end position prevents unwanted shutting in the event of a draught. The innovative solution is not only durable and easy to use, but it is also extremely robust, as confirmed by successful testing in accordance with DOEB guidelines. Simple to install and requiring zero maintenance, the TITAN 90° opening restrictor for turn-only and turn-and-tilt windows is suitable for all profile materials – also as of recently for elements made of wood and soon combined with a threshold too
TITAN with new timber hinge side
The hardware system stands for efficient sequences in production and ease of movement in the operation of timber windows. As a result, the high level of pre-installation, the low number of components and, at the same time, the huge variety of solutions provide fabricators with considerable time and cost advantages. The three different designs for the integration of sash lifters into the tilt points and the intruder resistance up to RC3 enable maximum flexibility in the realisation of customer requirements. Now also available for timber, TITAN's broad product spectrum includes the consistently further developed hinge side too: it reliably supports sash weights up to 150 kg, which the successful testing in the top class H3 with 20 000 cycles verifies as well. In use, the new hinge side is impressive with its high ease of use and slim, modern design with concealed screwing.
